Safety and abuse-prevention data: prompt moderation results and image moderation results.

Subscription information: plan status and billing lifecycle events from our payment provider.
Payment information: we do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by our payment partner.

To operate the service, including sign-in, generation, and account management.
To provide subscriptions, billing support, and fraud prevention.

AI generation provider(s): OpenRouter / OpenAI endpoints configured by us.
Safety providers: OpenAI moderation and Google Cloud Vision moderation.
Billing and subscription provider: Creem.
Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, users, or the public.
Business transfer: if part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

We retain account, generation, moderation, and subscription records for as long as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and account status.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, subject to legal limits.
You may close your account and request deletion of associated data (where legally permitted).
