You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials secure.

You must provide accurate account and billing information when subscribing.

You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

You may not upload content you do not have rights to use, or content that violates privacy or intellectual property rights.

You may not create deepfakes, impersonation content, or unauthorized face swaps/manipulation involving other people.

You may not use the service to create or distribute sexual, sexual/minors, or graphic-violence content.

You may not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its security controls.

You retain rights in content you upload, subject to rights needed for us to operate the service.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide, secure, and improve Lifestage.

You are responsible for ensuring your content and your use of generated outputs comply with applicable law and third-party rights.

Paid features may be offered by subscription (for example, monthly or yearly plans).

Billing is handled by our payment provider (Creem). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your plan.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel renewal at any time through your account or billing portal.

Plan access, entitlements, and limits may be adjusted if a payment fails, is reversed, or is refunded.
